What can hypnotherapy help me with?
Just about anything! There are few limits to what hypnotherapy cannot be used for. Meghan’s particular focus is releasing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, fear and excessive criticism/judgement or other automatic reactions to people or situations.
What will I experience in a hypnotherapy session?
During the initial consultation, we will work with you to outline your goals for therapy. Each subsequent session is tailored to meet your specific goals. Most people find hypnotherapy to be a pleasant and calming experience. Each session is a chance for you to unwind, relax and focus on your goals. During the session you are in complete control, with Meghan gently guiding your connection with your subconscious mind to facilitate awareness and release of any blocks to empowerment.
How many sessions will I need?
You can anticipate between 3 and 10 sessions depending on your goal. Issues rooted in childhood experiences or decisions typically take between 6 and 10 sessions. You can expect to experience a shift in feelings or behaviours after one or two sessions and deepening awareness and permanent change during subsequent sessions. Each session is designed to build on the previous session to support your goals, as is the “soulwork” given between sessions.
Is the session in-person or online?
