Workshop details:
Family Constellations is the idea that family systems operate under hidden laws and loyalties, often stemming from unspoken traumas or secrets within the lineage. Family Constellations highlight how individuals can become unwittingly entangled with their ancestors and reactions or beliefs that are counter-productive to the individual may be in response to imbalances in their family system. By bringing these entanglements to light, Family Constellations seeks to heal systemic wounds and restore balance to familial relationships.
This approach combines elements of psychology, systemic thinking, and the body’s innate wisdom. It is an experiential method that encourages participants to acknowledge, understand, and release inherited burdens, fostering a transformative journey towards personal and familial harmony. Through confronting the entanglements of the past, individuals may find liberation and a path to a more fulfilling and authentic present.
The workshop involves participants representing family members to allow free expression of the moment without judgement or agenda. After the initial inquiry into the presented issue, the seeker will choose individuals to represent their family and will place them on the floor based on your inner awareness. From there, the facilitated process begins.
